How early should I start an Anti-Aging Routine or is it just too late to start now?
Placing both of these questions together is really important – because it’s never too early or too late to start focusing on the health and care of skin. It is much easier to prevent damage than it is to reverse the damage we have already done, but we can always improve our skin no matter the age or condition. Just like with anything else, it takes time, a solid treatment & home care strategy, specific ingredients and consistency – no matter the age or skin type.
I’m accustomed to going to a spa and telling them what I want for a facial. Why do I need to schedule a Clear Skin Consultation before I can book certain appointments?
After working with hundreds of skin clients, there are so many times that people call and ask for a certain treatment but when they come in and after a close examination of the skin, we find the skin barrier health needs to be addressed before we can proceed with pigmentation treatments or there is a high chance of irritation. Other times, we need to get breakouts under control before adding powerhouse ingredients needed for aging concerns.
We’ve also noticed that many new clients simply choose treatments that won’t give them their desired results. We understand… there are so many choices in the skin care industry, it can be extremely confusing! Here at Clear Skin Solutions our specialty is results-driven skin treatments and know that when our clients place their trust in our hands & expertise, they get the results they want. Why do I have to purchase products from you? Why can't I use other products for you to do treatments on me?
Depending on the products you are using, and if you are not prone to acne, many times we let you run out of your other products before we have you switch to Clear Skin Solutions Skin Care. Our product line has been specifically formulated by our resident Skin Specialist, Nyki Dobson, to target and treat stubborn skin concerns like pigmentation, deep lines & wrinkles, sensitivity and acne. Because she’s created these custom home care formulations, we know exactly what to expect in terms of results and aren’t conflicting with other ingredients that hinder or stop your desired outcomes.
I have a friend that is a Clear Skin Solutions client and I noticed you have her add new products to her skincare routine on a regular basis while working with you. I’ve used the same products for years. Why do you have clients changing their skin care regimen?
What we focus on with your new skincare program at home in the first few months allows us to concentrate on some initial quick skin wins. However, much like going to the gym – you can’t just show up for an intense workout after being inactive for years – you need time to progress to peak performance.
